  1. I love these podcasts Ian. I know you constantly stress that you’re not predicting outcomes and just stating your opinion but you do deal in an astonishing level of accuracy.
    Going back to Wednesday night. I took your advice on the Sheffield United v Middlesbrough game and all was going well. I could’ve traded out for a small profit but seeing as Middlesbrough were a man down I was convinced that United would score again so let my bet run. Bad move! Lost my slim profit and my stake. Question is, would you recommend taking a profit as soon as the opportunity arises or would you advise hanging on for richer pickings. I’ve learned the hard way on numerous occasions but would welcome your take on this.

Hi Noris, it is always human nature to think “one more goal and I kop the lot”, I f I think the game match up is likely for another goal, I too thought SU would get another then I remove liability on unders so if the goal does not come I lose nothing. If building a bank and starting out then yes I would say take some profit so your figure keeps growing
