As always each year I post my Cheltenham Bets which you are free to follow at your own peril. It is one of my favourite sporting events of the year, I absolutely love the week and cannot wait for it to start.
We have had some nice winners over the years and also some beatings it is one of those kind of meetings. I get good info, often too much of it and often discard the wrong ones and it is hard to win. I am happy to throw a couple of K at the meeting each year for the excitement, obviously hoping I turn a profit. Most of the info is rom people I know in the game so i repeat up to you if you follow this.

Appreciate It is obviously the one to beat and rain helps but ground will be better than that in Ireland it has been running on. My guys think it will be closer than market suggests. I am backing two I have marks for Metier and Ballyadam and covering in place market, everythign says betwene these 3.

Rain suits one this time, Honeysuckle will appreciate the rain falling. Expected to force her way from the home turn and nothing will pass her. Sharjah, Epatante and Abracadabras all ok but rain a disadvantage. The trends and Irish Champion result also favour Honeysuckle so that is my main bet. I like prices so will play the biggest of the other three each way small.

Not a great renewal of this race. Impossible to look past the front two in the betting Concertista and Roksana. It’s a no bet race for me at the prices.

Front two in the betting have obvious chances but only 33% of winners come from top 3 in betting so a race I want to get involved at some prices so I have a few here. Zoffanien is an interesting runner with a better chance than the price suggest. Longclaw has to have a few pounds thrown at it at the price. Homme Public has a couple of promising runs to its name and can run well here so another on the list and finally Druids Altar ground and trends looks to suit

My bet of the day here Next Destination strongly fancied at the prices, the money has come for it. Galvin form been poor. Remastered will make this a test from the front and has to be backed as a saver as could take some passing
